What's Inside Your Sleepervan?

What's Inside Your Sleepervan?

December 16, 2019

One question we frequently answer from our customers in the process of making their booking with Affordable, is what exactly comes as part of the standard hire cost.

So we thought we would layout the contents of our sleepervans so you can see exactly what you are getting when you book with us!

Our sleepervans (and all of our hire vehicles) are all fully self contained, which means not only can you safely freedom camp around New Zealand in the appropriate places (check here for more info on what being self contained means), you are also fully equipped with portable toilet, and all the cooking gear you need.

Cooking equipment with your sleepervan

As you can see in the image above, the cooking gear includes a gas grill/cooker with a full gas bottle, plus frypans and pots, a kettle, crockery, cutlery and storage containers.

There's also a small oil column heater for the cooler nights and some cleaning gear.

Portaloo and fire extinguisher

Every mobile home needs a portable toilet - and of course you have one!

And when it comes to snuggling up at night, your sleepervan comes complete with bedding - pillows, pillow slips, sheets, a duvet/comforter and a warm blanket. In the winter months we are also happy to provide extra blankets if needed. And we supply you with towels.

Bedding supplied

Other essentials include paper maps (for when there is no coverage), plus a washing line and clothes pegs to hang up your washing.

If you are renting one of our other motorhome models, feel free to ask about inclusions when you contact us for your hire booking. We are always happy to assist!
